JARVIS AI Operator — Privacy Policy

JARVIS AI Operator ("JARVIS") is a private business tool operated by AC&C Media Group for its own internal use. It is not offered to the public, and only the account owner and authorized team members can sign in.

Data request form

When a business fills in AC&C Media Group's "Tell us the data you need" form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the kind of data you're looking for, states, monthly volume, budget, timing, your current data source and any notes. We also log your IP address to stop spam.

• We use this information only to answer your request: to reply by email or phone about availability, pricing and next steps, and to keep a record of the conversation.
• We do not sell, rent or share your form information with anyone, and it is never added to any data file we sell.
• It is stored in our private business system on encrypted (HTTPS) connections and seen only by AC&C Media Group.
• To stop hearing from us, reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any email, or email logan@accmediagroup.com. To have your form information deleted, email the same address and we'll remove it.

Google account data JARVIS accesses

When the account owner connects Google Drive, JARVIS requests access to Google Drive and the connected account's email address. JARVIS uses this access only to:

• save backup copies of JARVIS's own database to the owner's Google Drive;
• save copies of the owner's data files to a Drive folder the owner controls;
• list, open and read files in the owner's Drive when the owner asks JARVIS to;
• show which Google account is connected.

How the data is used and shared

• Google data is used only to provide the features above, for the account owner.
• Google data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to build profiles of anyone.
• JARVIS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored in JARVIS's private database on its hosting provider and are used only by JARVIS's own server over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Backups are written only to the owner's own Google Drive.

Removing access

The owner can disconnect Google Drive in JARVIS at any time, or remove JARVIS's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes JARVIS's stored Google tokens.
